Make sure the wheels are not on the grass and the vehicle is not blocking the sidewalk. - Garage converted to game room. - No parking on the street, grass or blocking the sidewalks. - Commercial vehicles, RV's, trailers, buses, golf carts or boats are not allowed. > Failure to follow the community guidelines may result in the car being towed at the guest's expense. • THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1-Cost: $75 per day. 2-Request 48 hours in advance. 3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 4-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 5-Attached spa is not a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature. It does not have jets. The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 All Stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home. There is a dumpster near the clubhouse to dispose reciclables. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that the USPS does not deliver to vacation homes as they do not recognize them as standard residential addresses; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
