We kindly ask you to bring washcloths. • SOLTERRA RESORT PARKING - Free on-site parking. - Limit of 5 vehicles per unit. - No street parking. - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk. - Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as spaces are neither assigned nor reserved. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted. - Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense. • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $75 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
