Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 All Stay • TRASH DISPOSAL There is a valet trash bin at the side of the home. All trash needs to be bagged in plastic trash bags. Trash is picked up every morning shortly after 9 AM. No trash can sit outside overnight. If you want to dispose of it, there is a dumpster in the parking lot behind the clubhouse. • HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases. • CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Checkout before 10:00 AM PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
