We kindly ask you to bring washcloths. • REEF CLUB - Windsor Cay Resort amenities included with your stay, featuring: - Arcade - Lazy River - Fitness Center - Family Cabanas - 9-Hole Mini Golf - Dual Water Slides - Gated Community - Volleyball & Cornhole - Children's Splash Pad - Outdoor Covered Bar - Blue Lagoon Bar & Grille - Resort-Style Zero-Entry Pool RESORT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION. • WINDSOR CAY PARKING - Parking is free. - Driveway parking limited to 2 vehicles. The garage has been converted into a game room. - No parking on the street. (Since it is a new community, they will not enforce this rule until the signs are placed.) - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks. - Registered guests cannot share their parking passes with unregistered visitors. - Commercial Vehicles, RVs, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts, or Boats are not allowed at Windsor Cay. - Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense. • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1-Cost: $35 per day. 2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. It does not have jets. 6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases. • CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Checkout before 10:00 AM PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
