Minimum 30-DAY stay. 2. Application Requirements Any adult 18 years or older who will be residing in the unit must complete an application. The cost is $100.00 per person. The application must be filled out before check-in. It required: - ID (Passport, DL, Florida ID) - Booking confirmation letter - Car rental agreement if applicable The Homeowners Association requires a Common Areas security deposit equal to one month's worth of rent, which is fully refunded once the guest moves out. For reservations exceeding $5,000, the guest needs to remit the difference to the association. • CHECKING IN AND OUT - Guests are required to register and get fingerprints from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are needed to access the building and use the elevator. - Check-in: 3:00 PM - Check-out: before 10:00 AM • INFINITY AT BRICKEL PARKING - Valet parking. - Limited to 1 vehicle at no cost. • THE APARTMENT IS SELF-CATERING. We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Fresh linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring washcloths. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • TRASH DISPOSAL All trash must be securely wrapped in plastic garbage bags and sent down the trash chute. Cardboard and boxes of any size may not be thrown down the trash chutes.
