We kindly ask you to bring washcloths. • THE ENCLAVES AT FESTIVAL AMENITIES Your stay includes full access to: - Fitness Center - Mini Golf Course - Kids Splash Park - Resort-Style Pool - Gated Community - Beach Volleyball Court • THE ENCLAVES AT FESTIVAL PARKING - Free on-site parking in the shared surface spaces directly in front of the building. - No street parking. - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted. - Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense. • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $75 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature. Keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • TRASH DISPOSAL Valet trash service. Please dispose of the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep the home clean. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases. • CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Checkout before 10:00 AM PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
