Limit of 5 vehicles per home. - Driveway available. The garage has been converted into a game room. - One-side street parking: vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs. - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts or boats are not allowed. - Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense. POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the bin to keep the home clean. • HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
