POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bin to keep the home clean. • HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
